“It’s great to be back at Spa, although the lap feels very different with this new generation of cars. We had a solid day today, testing tire compounds and different fuel loads, despite activities being interrupted by flags in both sessions. We have work to do to get the balance and energy management right throughout the lap, but we will review that tonight to improve aiming for tomorrow’s qualifying,” said Checo.
