After a week without races, the Belgian round starts a double header in Formula 1. Right after Spa-Francorchamps, the category will head to the Hungarian GP, the last race before the European summer break.
The weekend in Belgium will be held in the conventional format. The schedule starts on Friday with FP1 and FP2. On Saturday, the drivers participate in FP3 before qualifying that defines the starting grid. The race takes place on Sunday, with the start scheduled for 10 a.m., Brasília time.
Spa-Francorchamps is just over seven kilometers long and is the longest circuit on the current calendar. The layout features significant elevation changes, long straights, and high-speed corners such as Eau Rouge, Raidillon, Pouhon, and Blanchimont.
