Brazilian driver making his first season in Formula 3, Pedro Clerot faces another challenge this weekend as the category visits the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium. The fast 7,004-meter track brings back good memories for the current Rodin Motorsport driver, as it was there that the Brasília native achieved his first victory in Europe.

Clerot moved his career to Europe in 2023, when he left F4 Brazil, where he was the champion of the category’s first season, to race in Spanish F4. Right in the first round of that championship, held in a triple-header, the Brazilian won two races and finished second in another, showing his credentials on the Old Continent.
Now, Clerot heads into the round aiming to advance in the championship standings at the start of the second half of the season. The owner of Rodin’s car number 17 is in eighth place in the points table, with 40 points, in a campaign that includes two podiums, two top-5 finishes, and points in five of the six rounds this year.

“I really like Spa, it’s a fast track that brings me good memories since I won there at the beginning of my journey in Europe. Our car has shown good pace in recent rounds and we are going for positive results once again. A good qualifying will be important for us to be at the front in both races,” says Pedro Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.
The Formula 3 schedule at Spa-Francorchamps will open on Friday (17), with the only free practice session of the weekend and qualifying that will determine the starting positions for the two races. The Sprint race starts at 5 a.m. on Saturday, while the main race is scheduled for 3:30 a.m. on Sunday. F1TV will broadcast all activities live.
