Driver making his debut season in Formula 3, Pedro Clerot finished the second round of the championship, held this Sunday (7) on the street circuit of Monte Carlo, Monaco, in eighth place. The result guarantees four more points for the Brazilian, who raced for the first time on street circuits and achieved his first podium in the category on Saturday, with a third-place finish.

On a track where overtakes are very complicated, Clerot fought for positions throughout the 27 laps of the race even with used tires, and crossed the finish line with another top-10 finish. Thus, Clerot has one podium and three top-ten finishes in the current Formula 3 season, occupying sixth place with 16 points after two double rounds.
“It was a very good weekend. I had never raced on street circuits for real, like this one in Monaco, and I achieved a podium finish right on my first time racing on this iconic circuit. Today I was the only one of the top ten with used tires, so our pace was very good. The balance is very positive for the weekend,” said Pedro Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.
