Kimi Antonelli secured pole position for the 2026 Monaco GP by setting 1min12s051 on his final Q3 attempt, beating Max Verstappen by just 43 thousandths of a second. Lewis Hamilton secured third place on the grid, followed by Charles Leclerc, who faced problems during the session and even hit the guardrail on his final lap. Isack Hadjar surprised by finishing fifth, ahead of the McLarens. For Audi, Gabriel Bortoleto advanced to Q2, but crashed at the tunnel exit still in Q1, damaged his suspension, and ended up classified only in 16th. The race takes place this Sunday (7), at 10 am (Brasília time).
