Lewis Hamilton led FP2 of the 2026 Monaco GP and secured a Ferrari one-two by finishing ahead of Charles Leclerc, repeating the Italian team’s dominance after the Monegasque’s lead in FP1. Max Verstappen was the third fastest, followed by the Mercedes duo, Kimi Antonelli and George Russell.

The session featured a Virtual Safety Car caused by a mechanical problem in Lando Norris’s car and a red flag in the final minutes after brake failure on Sergio Pérez’s Cadillac.

For Audi, Gabriel Bortoleto again faced gearbox synchronization problems, but reacted throughout the activity and finished ninth, less than three tenths behind teammate Nico Hulkenberg, who finished eighth.
