McLaren starts right behind with Lando Norris in third and Oscar Piastri in fourth. Lewis Hamilton places Ferrari on the third row alongside Max Verstappen, while Charles Leclerc will start only from eighth position.
Brazilian Gabriel Bortoleto, who represents Audi in his second season in Formula 1, will start 13th. Young Arvid Lindblad again caught attention by placing Racing Bulls in ninth position on the provisional grid.
