Leading the Porsche Carrera Cup in 2026, Marçal Muller started activities at the Velocitta racetrack in Mogi Guaçu with good results. Driving the Farben car, the official automotive paint brand of the category, the driver finished the free practice in third position.

Marçal had the opportunity to drive the Farben car twice today, first in the morning with the optional practice and then in the afternoon with the free practice. With a best time of 1:29733, Muller was only 0.052 behind the first place.
The 2025 Porsche Endurance champion completed 32 laps on the 3,493 meters and 13 curves of the Velocita racetrack. Muller used both sessions of the day to work on car adjustments for qualifying and races.
This Saturday, at 13h50, the first race of the weekend takes place. On Sunday the final race will be held at 13h20.

The races are broadcast live on Porsche Cup’s digital platforms and on Band and Bandsports channels.

“On a track like Velocitta, where there are several low-speed corners, every time you try to build up the car, the weight hurts more. Here is a track where we use the lighter car compared to other races, but the 40kg bothers a lot. But we did a very positive official free practice, I was one of the fastest drivers without changing tires. Now it’s about focusing on qualifying for another pole, even with all this ballast”.
