The F1 Academy receives the green flag for the start of the 2026 season. This weekend, following Formula 1, the exclusively female category goes to Shanghai to compete in the double round of the Chinese GP.

This marks the fourth championship in the history of the event, which features the important name of Susie Wolff in command. Throughout the calendar, it will feature seven stages, all with two races each, totaling 14 races until the definition of the grand champion.
Also for this year, the grid is revamped with ten rookies, seven of whom have already competed in at least one F1 Academy race as a Wild Card in the 2025 season – Rafaela Ferreira continues to be the Brazilian representative of the pack using the Racing Bulls colors defending Campos Racing.

In 2026, Brazil will not have television broadcasting of the female category. To watch all sessions, it is possible to follow via F1TV – F1’s paid streaming service -, or qualifying and races for free on the F1 Academy YouTube channel.
