Marçal Müller wins the second race of the Porsche Cup in Interlagos. This Sunday (6), the Porsche #544 competitor dominated from start to finish to win and puts both hands on the 2026 Carrera Cup title.

Once again during the weekend, Marçal was the one who lined up on pole position, sharing the front row with Rouman Ziemkiewicz. On the second row of the pack, Alceu Feldmann Neto and Pietro Fantin.
Just like in the first race of the stage, the weather was a bit chaotic. Wet track and a heavy drizzle was falling at the José Carlos Pace Circuit, forcing the start to happen behind the safety car.
The safety car went into the pits, the race was briefly under yellow flag until, at Laranjinha, drivers were allowed to overtake. But it lasted seconds, as the safety car was deployed once again, but without further explanations.
Obviously, with no opportunities for battles, the positions remained the same in Interlagos. Marçal led the overall grid, with Rouman leading in Sport and Pipo Massa was first in the Rookie class.
Restart authorized and safety car entering the pit lane once again. And once again, competitors would only be allowed to fight for positions starting from the Laranjinha corner.
Now the race was fully authorized. While Müller maintained first position, Pietro began attacking Feldmann Neto for third place, managing to complete the overtaking. Further back, Marcos Regadas made a beautiful overtaking to take tenth position.
Ten minutes in and the order on the track was Marçal in first, with Ziemkiewicz, Fantin, Feldmann Neto, Raijan Mascarello completing the podium positions.
In a battle for position at Mergulho, Miguel Mariotti and Regadas ended up touching, with the former losing out and spinning. The one who benefited was Pipo, who passed the duo and took 11th place.

With just under ten minutes to the checkered flag, Antonella Bassani suffered another retirement during the weekend. The broadcast showed the competitor stopped in the escape area in Interlagos.
Marçal had chances to secure the title one stage ahead in the 2026 season, already this Sunday. However, even being in first, Jeff Giassi being in ninth did not guarantee the Sprint championship.
Muller was leading overall, with Rouman, third overall, leading in the Sport class and Pipo Massa, 13th, first in Rookie.
Approaching the final laps, some incidents. First Mariotti passed Lucas Salles, but spun alone and lost position; shortly after, Rouman spun alone and hit Matheus Comparatto, with Cristian Mohr taking fourth place; then, Israel Salmen touched Alceu Feldmann, who spun and hit his son Feldmann Neto.
Then began a show of spins on the track, Regadas with Josimar Junior were involved in an incident, Carlos Campos also stopped and in this, Raijan Mascarello was penalized 20s. At this moment, the safety car was deployed.
Restart authorized on the last lap. Marçal was in first position, followed by Fantin, Mascarello, penalized, Mohr and Miguel Paludo completing the top five positions.
Raijan was first in Sport, but with the 20s penalty, Mohr was heading for the class victory. Massa was still first in Rookie.
Checkered flag and Marçal Müller is not only the winner of Carrera Cup race 2 but also has both hands on the 2026 season title. The competitor just needs to avoid disqualification to be definitively crowned champion.
