Marçal Müller won another race in the 2026 Porsche Cup season. In a race marked by rain and wet conditions this Saturday (5) at Interlagos, which took place mostly behind the safety car, he crossed the finish line first.

Due to the wet track conditions, the start of the race took place behind the safety car. The rain has been a very important and present factor throughout this Saturday.

Then, about five minutes later, Ricardo Landi entered the pits with the safety car and the start was authorized at Interlagos. Marçal managed to maintain first place, while Alceu was avoiding the leader’s spray. Rouman was on the outside line and was under pressure from Cristian.

Not long after the start, Carlos Campos spun on the track and ended up hitting Antonella Bassani, who went off the track and lost positions. Carlos was stopped on the circuit and the safety car was deployed on the fourth lap of the race, while the competitor had to go to the pits.

The race restarted with just under 13 minutes to the checkered flag. The championship leader and race leader Marçal managed to stay in first position, with Alceu Feldmann Neto and Rouman in the top 3. Further back, Jeff Giassi was losing positions and, shortly after, an accident involved several drivers.

Israel Salmen, Pietro Fantin, Giassi, Marco Pisani, Silvio Morestoni, Thiago Vivacqua, Matheus Comparatto were the competitors involved in the big accident that heavily damaged many cars. Once again, the safety car was deployed.

Without a new restart, with rescue work being done and the rain intensifying at Interlagos, the race was ended under the checkered flag with eight laps completed. In this, Marçal Müller was the one who secured the victory, with Alceu Feldmann Neto, Rouman, Cristian Mohr and Alceu Feldmann securing the win.

Rouman also secured the victory in the Carrera Sport, while Flavio Sampaio was the winner in the Rookie class.
