After fighting for the TCR Brazil title until the final race and finishing as runner-up, Raphael Reis hopes to maintain the good momentum with the W2 Pro GP team in the second half of the TCR South America.

The South American championship, which has the Brasília native as the record holder for starts and has always had #77 competing for the title since its inaugural race when he scored the first pole in history, now opens the journey outside Brazilian territory.
There will be five stages on tracks in Argentina and Uruguay, starting this weekend at the Oscar Cabalén racetrack in Córdoba.
The track is well known to both Rapha Reis and the W2 Pro GP team, which has already achieved podiums on the fast layout.

Runner-up in the most recent edition of the FIA Motorsport Games, Rapha Reis is the vice-leader of the TCR South America. He has accumulated 227 points and is 38 from the top of the table, currently held by the reigning champion Leonel Pernía. In third is also the Brasília native Pedro Cardoso, with 194. The top 5 is completed by Argentinians Nestor Girolami (174) and Camilo Trappa (173).
“I am very excited to compete again in Argentina and chase the TCR South America title. We were very close to winning the TCR Brazil championship and we know where we need to improve to seek the fractions of a second we lacked. The championship now has races in Argentina and Uruguay and it will be interesting to race again on these tracks. Cabalén is a fast and technical circuit and we will use Friday well to have another consistent weekend in 2026,” said Reis.
The stage schedule includes a shakedown and two free practice sessions this Friday, with Saturday dedicated to qualifying. On Sunday, the two races take place, the first lasting 25 minutes plus one lap and starting at 10:10, and the second starting at 13:10 with an expected half-hour race plus one lap. TV Gazeta broadcasts the races for Brazil, as well as the official digital platform of TCR South America.
