Galid Osman is experiencing a special moment after securing Shell’s first victory of the 2026 season. The São Paulo driver had a great weekend in the previous stage, reaching the podium in both races held, a performance that marked the team’s best participation in the category this year.

Besides the victory, Osman also secured a pole position and arrives at the Cuiabá stage confident to continue fighting for the championship.

“I have the same expectations as always, but coming more excited after a win and a pole. We have everything to do very well on this new track that I am eager to get to know. We will seek a good weekend to fully enter the championship fight,” said Galid Osman.

Ricardo Zonta is also looking to take advantage of the progress shown in recent races. The Paraná native finished race 1 of the previous stage within the top 10 but was unable to complete the second race due to problems with the throttle body.

For the new stage, the driver highlights the goal of maintaining a sequence of consistent races and extracting the maximum performance from the car: “I am working hard to reach the best performance level. This weekend, I hope to have clean races without incidents to reach the maximum the car can deliver to me,” declared Ricardo Zonta.

The schedule will feature as the main attraction the “Night Challenge,” an event that brings together two races with a total distance of 100 miles and closes the stage activities. Before that, the drivers will have two free practice sessions and the qualifying session on Friday. The races will be held on Saturday, with broadcasts on NASCAR Brasil’s official YouTube channels.
