Isack Hadjar received a fine during FP1 of the Formula 1 Hungarian GP. The Red Bull Racing driver was penalized by the stewards after exceeding the pit lane speed limit during Friday’s session.

The established pit lane limit for this weekend is 80 km/h, but Hadjar was recorded at 83.8 km/h in one of the activity’s sections. For the infraction, the stewards applied a 400 euro fine to the driver.
Despite the incident, the penalty did not affect his participation in the session nor did it result in any sporting sanction. The penalty was restricted to the payment of the financial fine.

On track, Hadjar had a competitive performance at the start of activities in Budapest. The driver finished FP1 with the fourth best time, about one second behind Charles Leclerc, who was the fastest in the session.
