Formula 3 begins the decisive third of the 2026 season with the seventh round of the championship, scheduled for the Hungaroring circuit in Hungary. With three podiums this year, the last of which was in Belgium, Brazilian Pedro Clerot seeks to advance in the standings with Rodin Motorsport in this weekend’s double-header.

The driver of car number 17 comes from a great performance at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, where he crossed the finish line in third place in the Sprint race, for which he battled for victory the entire time. Tenth in the Formula 3 championship after six rounds, Clerot is fighting to enter the top 5 in the standings already in Hungary.
“We have shown good pace in the last rounds and managed to convert good results. In Hungary, with a tight track, it is important to get a good starting position, so we will work to maximize our performance in qualifying to fight at the front in both races,” said Pedro Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.

With 48 points accumulated in six rounds, just eight points away from fifth place, Clerot appears in tenth position in the Formula 3 championship, where he is also the fifth best rookie in the standings. So far, the first champion in F4 Brazil history has accumulated three podiums, four top-five finishes, and seven top-10 finishes this year.
The Formula 3 schedule in Hungary will begin on Friday, when the only free practice session of the weekend and qualifying, which will determine the starting positions, will be held. Saturday will feature the Sprint, at 5:05 AM, while the main race starts at 3:40 AM on Sunday. F1TV shows all sessions.
