Pierre Gasly commented on Alpine’s new sponsorship partnership with Gucci starting from the 2027 Formula 1 season, replacing current sponsor BWT.

Starting from the next championship, the French team will adopt the luxury brand’s red and green colors, replacing the current blue and pink it has used for the past five years. With the new partnership, the team will adopt it not only for the car but also for the members’ clothing and other merchandising.

Gasly then commented on Gucci’s arrival at Alpine in F1 in 2027, believing it will help the team’s future. “I think this demonstrates the strength we are gaining as a team, in F1 in general, with Gucci representing one of the biggest fashion groups in the world,” he said.

“It’s an incredible collaboration with Alpine. So, I think it will definitely set the tone for the team’s future. I’m very excited. Obviously, I like fashion. I like my clothes. I need to make space in my wardrobe now. But that won’t be a problem. I’m looking forward to 2027 and working with these guys,” he added.
