The former Ferrari driver, who retired from the world championship at the end of the 2021 season, stated that the four-time world champion is a phenomenon. The Finn also commented that he noticed the Dutchman’s talent after his first victory in 2016.
Recently asked by the Italian newspaper Quotidiano Sportivo who he considers the strongest driver currently, Kimi quickly replied “Verstappen!”
