Charles Leclerc led the only free practice of the 2026 Miami GP with Ferrari, confirming strength in the qualifying simulation. Max Verstappen and Oscar Piastri completed the top 3, with Red Bull and McLaren close behind. Mercedes lost performance at the end and also faced a problem with Antonelli. In the midfield pack, Williams and Alpine stood out, while Audi showed race pace but struggled in the fast lap. Bortoleto improved at the end but missed out on the top 10.
