After a five-year hiatus, the competition returns to the Rio-based broadcaster, where it stayed for almost four decades before saying goodbye in 2020. Speaking about Formula 2, which will also be on the Rio-based broadcaster throughout the 2026 season, a big name was brought in for the commentary: Gianluca Petecof, champion driver of the Formula Regional European Championship in 2020 and also with a stint in F2.
