Lando Norris announced a new project focused on the development of young drivers, with the intention of helping them reach Formula 1. LN4 Fusion was presented before the Italian GP and will operate in the main grassroots motorsport categories.

The new company will be led by René Rosin, who has already worked at Prema, while Dan Richards will be the CEO. Dan Hazlewood will be responsible for operations in the UK, and Guillaume Capietto will take on the role of competition director.
Thus, LN4 Fusion intends to participate in the application process as a team to compete in Formula 2 in 2027, after acquiring selected assets from AIX Racing. The project will also take over the AIX Racing team in Formula 3 and will compete in the category next season.
Norris stated that his involvement with motorsport goes beyond his career as a driver and highlighted the desire to support new talents: “I am a fan of racing. I have been since I was a child. As much as I love the driving part, I also love supporting other young drivers. I love watching races, I love being involved, and it’s something I want to keep doing long after my own career,” he said.

The Brit also emphasized the importance of the support he received during his own journey: “It’s very important to me because I know how lucky I was to have the support of my family on my journey, from Karting to becoming a Formula 1 driver and trying to achieve my dream,” he added.
Besides the racing team, the LN4 Legacy Programme will have the role of helping to finance the careers of young drivers and offer a support structure for them. Norris wants to turn the initiative into a long-term project, with a team capable of competing among the best in grassroots categories and creating a lasting relationship with the supported drivers.
“I went through this whole journey, from Karting, through all the categories, to Formula 1 and winning a world championship. So I know what is necessary and how important it is to have the people and the team around you as a driver,” Norris concluded.
