Such speculation arose amid uncertainties about the future of the grid and the strengthening of Lewis Hamilton at Ferrari, a scenario that complicates Bearman’s path to a seat at the Maranello team. Still, the Briton assured that his goal remains to represent Ferrari in Formula 1.

In an interview with the F1 Beyond The Grid podcast, Bearman was asked if he would consider switching from Ferrari to Aston Martin if Fernando Alonso left the team. The driver responded directly: “I am very committed to what Ferrari has offered me. They have supported me from the beginning, since I entered F3, and I am only here thanks to them,” he said.

The Briton also highlighted the importance of the Italian manufacturer in his career and reinforced that wearing their colors remains his greatest ambition: “I owe a lot to Ferrari. For me, Ferrari is the dream team, not just because I am part of it, but because it is probably the most iconic brand in the world. My goal remains to be a Ferrari driver one day. At this moment, that is still the plan, then we will see how things evolve,” he added.
